Specialist SEND Teachers | Secondary (11–19)

Charlton Park Academy is a specialist secondary school for pupils with complex SEND, including autism, SLD, PMLD and significant communication and regulation needs. We are an evidence-informed school where pupil progress is inseparable from calm environments, strong communication systems, consistent adult practice and safeguarding-competent teaching.

We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) Primary and/ or Secondary trained; teachers new to SEND; and experienced SEND practitioners who are reflective, ambitious and committed to making a sustained difference.
