Role Benefits:
- Competitive salary – £15.02 per hour
- 30 hours per week fixed term contract until July 2026 in the first instance.
- Working term time only plus 5 Inset (training) days (39 weeks)

- Previous experience working in SEN schools or specialist settings is essential.
- A calm, compassionate, empathetic, flexible and proactive approach to supporting students with special needs.
- Enthusiasm to actively engage in school life, clubs, and SEN-focused programs
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, educated to at least level one in English and Maths.
- Work closely with the class teacher to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Assist in creating and delivering individualised care plans and personalised learning experiences.
- Promote the development of life skills, independence, and social interaction.
