Kofi — Class of 2021 Destination:
LSEC Bexley
Kofi’s Journey
Kofi completed a three-year Personal Progress Programme and now works closely with a job coach. He undertakes work experience two days per week at Morrisons, where he sorts products, stacks shelves, and is developing valuable workplace skills. He also attends college one day a week to gain his English and Maths qualifications.
Kofi travels independently between college, work placements, and his local youth club, which he attends five evenings per week. With a strong social life and wide friendship circle, Kofi continues to grow in independence and is working towards his aspiration of living in his own flat. He hopes to secure a permanent position at Morrisons after completing his placement.

Sean — Class of 2023 Destination:
Flower Skills and Training
Sean’s Journey
Sean joined Flower Skills and Training, where he engaged in a range of multi-trade skills, including tiling, carpentry, and bricklaying. He successfully achieved Level 1 and Level 2 Construction qualifications, as well as a Health and Safety certification.
Sean is now applying for his CSCS card, which will open opportunities to work on construction sites.
Alongside his training, Sean is also employed as a cleaner at a local secondary school, demonstrating strong work ethic and growing independence.

Charlie — Class of 2023 Destination:
LSEC Bexley
Charlie’s Journey
Charlie completed a one-year Introduction to Work course and successfully achieved Independent Travel Training, enabling him to travel confidently across London.
He then progressed to Employment Preparation, which supported his transition into mainstream college pathways.
Charlie is now studying Level 1 Creative Media, continuing to develop his skills and independence.
Beyond his academic success, Charlie has excelled as a keynote speaker, supporting our Transition and Future Planning Fairs with maturity and confidence.
