Colleges and Aspirations Fair 2024

Please join us for an informal information event, where families of students can come to speak to a range of community teams that may be involved with our students post transition from CPA.
We have invited various representatives from health/therapy/SEN/social care/day services /local colleges /adult therapy services, and community transitions teams, to speak and be on hand to answer questions. The aim is to provide an opportunity for families to ask any questions they may have, and gain information on services that may be useful as young people approach transition from school.
The event is aimed at students predominantly aged 16 and over, it is open to any families that are interested.
