Event: Independent Living Workshop for Post-16 Parents

We are excited to announce an upcoming Independent Living Workshop designed specifically for Post-16 parents. This workshop aims to support you to help develop the essential life skills required for successful independent living as they transition from school to adulthood.
This workshop will cover a variety of key topics such as:
- personal hygiene
- self care
- basic meal preparation
- dressing.
We believe this workshop will provide you with valuable and practical skills that will build confidence and independence to help support your young person as they prepare for adulthood.
