Important Dates for our Students

Event: Children’s Mental Health Week
Date: 3rd to 9th February
Time: All week
About: Children’s Mental Health Week runs from Monday 3rd to Sunday 9th February. The theme for 2025 is Know Yourself, Grow Yourself. The aim is to equip and empower children and young people across the UK to embrace self-awareness and explore what it means to them. It is an opportunity for children and young people to discover how getting to know who they are can help them build resilience, grow and develop.

Event: Sunshine Day
Date: Wednesday 5th February
Time: All day
About: Sunshine Day falls during Children’s Mental Health Week. We are asking our students to come dressed in their favourite brightly coloured clothing to help celebrate.

Event: Number Day
Date: Friday 7th February
Time: All day
About: Number Day is all about engaging students with exciting maths-related activities, encouraging a love of numbers, and raising awareness of the vital work done by the NSPCC. Throughout the day, your child will take part in a variety of fun and interactive activities that challenge their mathematical skills and inspire them to think creatively about numbers.

To support this event, we kindly ask for a small donation, any contribution, big or small, to help a worthy cause. The funds raised will go directly to the NSPCC to support their work in keeping children safe, providing services such as child protection advice, helplines, and educational programs.

We encourage the children to come dressed in a number-themed outfit or something that incorporates numbers in some creative way, such as wearing a t-shirt with a number on it, dressing up as a calculator, or designing their own ‘number costume.’ The goal is to have fun while celebrating the importance of maths!
