Future Planning Fair for parents and carers 05/06/25

CPA and Oxleas are hosting a Future Planning Fair for parents and carers to find out valuable information about next steps for their young people after leaving school.
They will have the opportunity to talk to a range of providers from within education, adult social care and day opportunities, adult health services and vocational opportunities.
This event is free to attend and designed to benefit parents and carers of all students with an EHCP who will be transitioning at the end of year 11 or Post-16 into adult services.
