Dear Parents & Carers
We are asking all parents and carers to complete an Allergy and Intolerance Information Update to ensure that we have the most accurate and up-to-date information for all our students.
Your child’s class teacher will provide you with a printed copy of the Allergy and Intolerance Update letter for you to complete and return to us as soon as possible.
