We are inviting you to join Charlotte Crowe from Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind

to attend a series of one hour wellbeing ‘Toolkit’ series

This is all about YOU because you are important!

During these challenging times, we need to be agile in our response to change, build resilience and maintain our own wellbeing as well as our children’s.

Royal Greenwich Parent Participation Advisory Group in Partnership with Royal Borough of Greenwich and Bromley , Lewisham and Greenwich Mind are holding a series of 6 x 1 hour ‘toolkit’ of virtual training sessions, packed with practical tools and techniques to help you build resilience and look after your wellbeing.

How does it work? Each 1-hour session is delivered through a ‘virtual training room’

Areas to be covered

Session one Wednesday 23rd September 10-11am   Exploring the Five Ways to Wellbeing

Session two Wednesday 30th September 10-11 am Recognising and reducing stress

Session Three 7th October 10-11am   Navigating and responding to change

Session four Wednesday 14th October 10-11am Building resilient thinking habits

Session Five Wednesday 21st October 10-11am Practising self-compassion

Break due to half term

Session six Wednesday 4th November 10-11am   Maintaining a resilient mind-set
