Yoga for students
Yoga sessions for students begins on Thursday 16 January 2020 from 1.45-2.30pm.
Charlton Park Academy are running yoga sessions for post16 students starting on Thursday 16 January for 45 minutes each session and will run until further notice.
Yoga is a popular form of exercise that can strengthen one physically and mentally. It is used to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and address many physical and mental health challenges. Lauren, the yoga teacher, is looking forward to working collaboratively with our students to create mindfulness and movement through the practice of yoga.
Venue: Sports Hall
