A message from Mousetrap Theatre …
Following the success of the first ever Relaxed Prom last summer, there will be a new chance to enjoy stunning orchestral music at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday 27 August 2018 at 4.15pm!
Please note this is not a Mousetrap event and tickets must be booked directly through the details and link below.
Conducted by Sian Edwards and presented by James Redwood with Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, the Relaxed Prom is an interactive and fun experience of symphonic music in a welcoming environment.

Absolutely everyone will feel welcome: Family members of all ages, children, young people and adults with autism, sensory and communication impairments and learning disabilities, as well as individuals who are Deaf or hearing impaired, blind or visually impaired, and those living with dementia. There will be a relaxed attitude to noise in the auditorium, you can move about, physically or verbally respond to the music or just listen.
‘Chill-out’ spaces outside the auditorium are available and the prom will feature picture communication systems projected onto large screens, as well as audio description and British Sign Language interpretation. There’s also the chance to hear the first performance of BSO Resound, the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra’s groundbreaking disabled-led ensemble, conducted by James Rose.
